Klaus-Peter Müller new Chairman of Commerzbank’s Supervisory BoardMartin Blessing new Chairman of the Board of Managing Directors
At its constituent meeting following Commerzbank's Annual General meeting today, the newly elected Supervisory Board has announced that Klaus-Peter Müller (63) is to become Chairman of the Supervisory Board for Commerzbank AG. Müller succeeds Martin Kohlhaussen who resigns from office at the maximum retirement age of 72 years.
As already announced in November last year, Martin Blessing (44) will simultaneously become the new Chairman of the Board of Managing Directors of Commerzbank AG.
