Standard & Poor's confirms „A“ Rating for Commerzbank
Short term ratings reaffirmed
The ratings agency Standard & Poor's has confirmed Commerzbank’s “A” Rating with a negative outlook. S&P short-term debt rating is reaffirmed. The rating reflects the acquisition of Dresdner Bank AG for 8.8bn Euros. The transaction will proceed in 2 steps and should be completed by the end of 2009.
