Commerzbank closes sale of Dresdner VPV
Commerzbank has completed the sale of the Netherlands-based asset management company Dresdner VPV in a management buyout, as announced. The regulatory authorities have approved the transaction. As at end 2008, Dresdner VPV had assets under management totalling approximately EUR 1.2 billion and em-ployed groupwide approximately 60 staff.
