The Employee Council on Health offers the employees the opportunity to discuss health-related matters directly with the Board of Managing Directors. The committee consisting of 45 employees from different areas of business and divisions has regular meetings. They discuss issues of health in the workplace with a member of the Board of Managing Directors and the chairman of the works council, and suggest appropriate action.
Through the committee employees can influence and communicate their concerns and possible solutions to the highest level of management.
