Commerzbank closes sale of Dresdner Van Moer Courtens and the Belgian branch of Commerzbank International S.A. Luxembourg
Commerzbank has completed the sale of Dresdner Van Moer Courtens and the Belgian branch of its subsid-iary Commerzbank International S.A. Luxembourg (CISAL), which focuses on private banking, to the man-agement of Dresdner Van Moer Courtens, as announced. The regulatory authorities have approved the transaction. As at end of 2009 both institutions together had assets under management totalling EUR 630 million and employed 45 staff.
